• Lead implementation meetings with the client to discuss how to implement e-Builder to meet project needs• Configure e-Builder to meet the client’s needs• Lead weekly progress meetings to ensure client satisfaction• Contract Management• Accounting and financial duties including Funding, Budgets, Budget changes, contracts, contract changes (Amendments & Change Orders), & Invoices on the program• Conduct program training for every user joining the project• Contact person for any users having questions, comments or problems with the program• Configuring workflows for every process on the program including budget, change management, invoicing, scheduling, notice to proceed, request for information and other project management activities
