Operating seven (7) batching plants across metropolitan Melbourne the business has a strong reliable fleet servicing the civil & building construction industry.Responsible for achieving sales targets and business goals for the Northern Melbourne region based out of Bulleen. Required to build relationships with new and existing customers in the construction industry.Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:- Identify and thoroughly follow up all new business, product and/or project opportunities within the existing customer base.- Resolve customer issues, disputes and/or complaints, both onsite and offsite, in a prompt and professional manner.- Proactively promote the full product and service range within the territory to maximise up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.- Maintain an understanding of the market changes, trends, opportunities, risks and competitive activity.- Implement all national functional/customer excellence initiatives.

• Engage with Product Portfolio Managers to support new product development initiatives. • Ensure integrity of mail products are maintained through the Channel Operations activities.• Recommend process improvement measure within Channel Operations activities that impact mail products integrity.• Collaborate with Channel Operations stakeholders to improve customer experience related to Mail Products.• Participate in the development of formal SLA’s with Channel Operations stakeholders.• Contribute tactical advice to product portfolio on terms and conditions for existing products.
