The thematic areas I support include education in displacement, human trafficking, inter-religious dialogue, peace building, and people on the move.Furthermore, as member of the Effective Philanthropy Group, I contribute to developing strategic organisation-wide initiatives, practical operational and conceptual guidance, as well as experience-based user-friendly tools to make Porticus a more effective, impactful and inclusive philanthropic organisation.This includes the coordination of Porticus' efforts around Meaningful Participation, which is at the heart of one of two 10-year organisational goals. These efforts relate to making Porticus' governance, grant-making and learning overall more participatory and inclusive, with special attention to including the voice and participation of people with lived experience, in Porticus' own practices and those of its grantees.
