Playing hardball was key.Responsibilities for the 1st 5 years included developing and managing a $1.9 billion national construction loan program in support of Aetna permanent loan and equity investment objectives.

Responsibilities included marketing, originating, underwriting and closing commercial real estate transactions for targeted customers. Executed completion and marketing plans to sell real estate owned (REO) as well.
