After 10 years in retail building a network of successful electronics stores, Dennis was promoted to Regional manager, taking the region from 9th to best performer in Australia, Dennis needed another challenge. This was the burgeoning Financial Services profession at the State Bank of NSW (later to become Colonial and then CBA). He was seconded to run training and mentorship programs to enlighten other leaders and managers to achieve great success! After gaining a Diploma of Financial Planning and then the Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Planning) and earning many accolades such as "Financial Planner of the Year" and "Strategist Awards", Dennis decided to create his own Financial Services businesses with Gavin (MLC) and then Hillross! Dennis's successful life/business experiences showcase his expertise as a Business Builder and Entrepreneur where, after recognising the plight of homelessness, spurred on his passion for Social Housing Funding with urgency. He has also founded "Lorden Property Solutions" to assist and guide clients through the property maze, where clients are taken through all required steps to build a strong property portfolio. Dennis is skilled in Sales, Negotiation, Budgeting, Business Planning, Microsoft Word, Public Speaking and the Mentorship of Future Leaders and Successful Businesses.
