- Conducts acceptance inspection using established documentation and guidelines.Inspects products for conformance to specifications by performing QA duties and activities.- Uses measuring devices including micrometer, weighing scale, digital calipers, height gauge, etc. to examine product for dimensional test conformances.- Approves product prior to mass production run based on the Product Specifications and as defined in the Quality Plan and Work Instructions. - Verifies specified dimensions, functionality and physical appearance according to the Product Specifications. - Communicate defects found to the Process Technician and/or Supervisor and Manager to ensure that defect is corrected immediately. - Evaluates and collects data of products required by Quality Management Department Manager. - Responsible in implementing GMP, GLP, HACCP in the department/production area.- Make and Submit reports required by the Quality Management System.- E-mail evaluation reports, findings, problem encountered, highlight quality issues encountered before-during-after rectification, trial and mass production.

Laguna International Ind'L Park (Liip)

- Inspects product samples based on in-process inspection procedure.- Inspects products that had undergone re-process.- Encode data and inspection results on ERP system for analysis and further references.- Responsible for mass production’s go signal / Issues mass production approval form if no problem was encountered during inspection.- In-charged in maintaining good quality product through dimensional and visual checking.- Monitoring of parts using customer’s measuring inspection requirement.- Complies with EMS requirements and parties pon environmental related activities of the company.- Active and supports 6-S activities in the work area and company premises.
