Contributing in the age of digitalizationNew business models and eco-systems emerging, industrial borders being blurred out and digital transformations utilizing technology that didn't exist few years ago. We are truly living in exciting times! I'm really enthusiastic to be experiencing and contributing to these changes driven by passion for customer experience and end-user success. Driving new initiativesThe last years I have started numerous of innovation initiatives leading to e.g. the first mobile insurance app in Europe, securing mobile communication for Norway's largest energy grid provider and modernizing the Norwegian forest industry. I have participated in large deal solution sales working with companies within e.g. retail, bank and insurance, forest, energy utilities, engineering and telecom. This has taught me how to motivate for investments (value proposition modelling), navigate large decision-making networks and drive ideas to implementation. Transforming organisationsI've been trusted to manage a 15 MEuro business with 40 local employees and large offshore deliveries. Leadership of several restructurings and recruitments to shape new teams aligning with new strategies. I believe in leadership by example and delegating responsibility to succeed together.
