• Perform detailed energy audits (ASHRAE Level 1,2 and 3) to qualify, identify and quantify simple to complex Energy Conservation Measures• Conduct detailed engineering analysis including baseline profiles, end-use analysis, and retrofit analysis• Create cost and benefit analysis based on engineering fundamentals• Prepare and present technical content, proposals, analysis, and feasibility reports• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously• Develop savings measurement and verification plan compliant to local and international standards

• Perform preliminary and detailed energy audits (ASHRAE Level 1,2 and 3) to qualify, identify and quantify simple to complex Energy Conservation Measures (ECM’s) to convert qualified leads into strong business case• Apply building energy simulation programs or MS Excel spreadsheet calculations to determine project energy and operational savings• Coordinate facility site visits and communicate requirements with customer, internal resources and outside vendors/subcontractors on ECMs• Develop energy calculations, preliminary and detailed reports and contract exhibits; assists in proposal development• Develop savings M&V plan compliant to local and international standards • Provide review of subcontractor proposals, rectify gaps in savings calculations and scope of work• Testing new products/solutions and Development of new Energy and water savings ECMs• Support in standardizing processes and documentations related to Energy Audits and Projects

• Evaluate and analyze building operation and energy management to reduce operation cost and improve efficiency of facilities equipment• Conduct building energy audit, gathers information to determine energy use, energy loss, and potential energy savings in facilities. • Conduct testing for energy saving initiatives to verify savings and effectiveness • Facilitate measurement and verification before and after implementation of the project• Responsible for the testing and commissioning of the project• Responsible for the operation of central management system for proactive management thru remote monitoring system• Setting performance standards for efficient operation of machinery and equipment

•Prepares building energy audit report, presents findings, determines cost-benefit elements of implementation plans and proposed energy management program. •Prepares specifications for installation of energy conservation measures and inspects installation of energy conservation measures for compliance with engineering standards, technical requirements, and specifications. •Evaluates energy efficiency and health & safety of a building, gathering empirical data, conducting tests in order to reduce the energy consumption, and increase the lifespan of a building while improving the quality of life and comfort for building occupants.

• Head of Mechanical Group which responsible for the supervision of the daily operation of machineries and equipments in Commercial, Residential, Industrial and Offices• Handles equipment involve in HVAC System, Fire Protection System and Water Pump System• Responsible for the system improvements or rectification resulting to cost reduction and power savings• Conduct feasibility studies for building services including cost estimates and life-cycle-cost analysis• Prepare and monitor Preventive Maintenance schedule, analyze all monitoring and preventive maintenance checklists• Conduct troubleshooting on equipments either on electrical or mechanical• Supervising the Testing and Commissioning team across the project integration and acceptance phase.• Responsible for budget preparation of building facilities operation and maintenance• Responsible for the preparation of Monthly Report• Conduct trainings on facilities management staff
