He is a past member of the Law Institute of Victoria as well as the Australia/Israel Chamber of Commerce. Dennis understands from extensive experience the benefits of mediation for all parties. As well as having been an Australian Lawyer working extensively in litigation, Dennis has wide experience involved in the stress of being a litigant in a protracted and difficult commercial dispute. That dispute should have settled with mediation before it went into litigation. It didn't. The consequences were costly and stressful for all.In addition, Dennis experienced litigation against the largest companies in the world when in the USA one of his companies fought against Amazon, eBay, Facebook, Google, HomeAway, and Microsoft. Some of those companies settled with Dennis.Dennis has also been successful in growing and commercialising businesses that range in products from the online space, technology, patents, music and entertainment, property and retail. He has been a tenant and as a landlord has first-hand experience in the challenges in property to be considered. Dennis has been involved in restructures and advice in managing through difficulties and making difficult and courageous decisions.After working as a lawyer Dennis also worked in Investment Banking with Macquarie Bank where he had experience in structuring deals and commercial arrangements including launching an advisory services arm negotiating commercial leases. Dennis has established many businesses from the age of 14 and has a lifetime of experience in multiple facets, challenges, and success impacted aspects of business life.
