Field trainer to franchise owners and operators that included new & underperforming locations.
Provided comprehensive 4-week follow-up training to franchisee & managers that includedclassroom style & soft opening of store. The 4th week was dedicated to store opening andswitching into training / mentor role, as well as a resource for any issue that happen duringnormal business.
In depth teaching and assessments on the POS / Store operating system, driving best practices,and the corporate “success” guide to achieving operational commitments and financial goals.
Customized training based on audience knowledge base and experience to ensure maximizedbenefit from training. Custom delivery of standard corporate on-boarding material including,SOPs, HR, company culture & values, benefit’s, etc.
Ensured store was fully operational from a hardware, software, and resource perspective.
75% success rate in turning around under achieving locations. This was based on overallmetric performance on how store performed for 3/6/9/12 month period after training.

Oversee all aspects of operations for 5 stores in district as district manager trainee, whileensuring all Clark Oil policies and procedures were being properly followed.

Continual employee development, which included weekly 1 on 1 meeting to help build arelationship that would allow for honest feedback in both directions and to identifydevelopment and growth opportunities for each employee.
Each employee had an IDP plan setup that was updated quarterly, to be able to set goals andensure that they were following up on their plan and hitting goals.
Team engagement was set as a top priority, each manager had a budget to recognize employeesas a group and individually. Bi-annual region event that included all employees, that helped toboost employee loyalty and allowed for a venue to ensure consistent messaging was beingprovided and to reinforce the manager’s communication.

Support of four manufacturing facilities computer systems including; Novell & Windows 2000Servers, over 500 desktop stations within manufacturing, office and home office environments.
