Dennis Beuthner is a registered Lawyer of the Bar Associations of Murcia and Düsseldorf and entitled to act in all Spanish and German Courts as well as in the Court of the European Communities. Since 1996 he is a member of the Spanish-German Association of Lawyers.Mr. Beuthner is Senior Partner of our Firm and specialized in international private law, corporate and real-estate law as well as in international inheritance and divorce proceedings. He has published a series of articles about the aforementioned areas of expertise and in 2008 he has been appointed as professor colaborador honorario of the University of Murcia. After his military service in the federal German navy he studied Law at the University of Trier (Germany) and the Legal Practice Academy of Murcia (Spain).In addition to his law studies, he took courses in business administration, book-keeping and rhetoric. He perfected his language skills with a specialized course in English and Spanish for Lawyers. During his time as junior lawyer at the district courts of Düsseldorf (Germany) and the district attorney of Mönchengladbach (Germany) he was working free lanced for Spanish and German Law-Firms.Mr. Beuthner was born in 1971 in Neustadt at the Baltic Coast of Germany. He grew up in the Ruhr Basin and did his High-School-Graduation in Duisburg. He is married and father of a son and a daughter.
