I find that I not only deal with the computer issues of the Casino, I also deal with Gaming commission and the Tribal Counsel's, computer/Network issues as well. This Job is the biggest challenge I have ever had, but I find these challenges welcoming.

So basically I do all the tech stuff in between keeping smiles on clients faces. I find that to be the best part. I.T. Tech just does not say even half (I really LOVE this JOB)I manage the POS systems, This includes keeping the server happy, which some days seems to be Mission Impossible. All PCs and lets not forget there companions the MACs, they need there frequent updating and fine tuning. My office seems to be the local counseling office has well, I counsel all users of Adobe master suit, mostly Photoshop and Acrobat, but yes I have to talk some users of Microsoft's Office Suite of the ledge too. ( this is done with words like "It's not you, it must be that update they just added" or " Things have change since office 2000/Adobe Suite 3" and the most famous one " Did you ask Google, if yes what did Google say") There is always the constantly changing online menu to keep me company. This is maintained by me and 1 other (She is Awesome). New products have to be added. In order keep up with online ordering one must be prompt to add and remove new and sold out product. There is always the appointment website for when clients want to Vend there product, or as it seems another place to add a password and username to forget. These need to be dealt with in person. (for security reasons)There is a TON more to this job, and many days I get over whelmed, but in the I.T. world that is what a lot of us live for. When I wake up in the morning I know I will not have a boring day at work. This is because I not only put smiles on clients faces but I get to put smiles on fellow employees faces by helping them get through there Tech-crisis. -
