With over 25 years of work experience, I am a seasoned leader and engineer in the fields of electronic warfare, testing, and air, space and cyber systems. I have a passion for leading the development and delivery of cutting-edge capabilities to the Department of Defense and the warfighters, and for fostering innovation and collaboration in my teams. I am currently transitioning from being a Commander and Senior Director at the United States Air Force, where I directed a $2 billion portfolio of space-based environmental monitoring and tactical ISR mission area program capabilities. In my most recent role, I led a $2.2 billion portfolio of advanced development programs focused on missile warning, satellite comms, ISR, position, navigation and timing, space domain awareness, space-based data transport, and weather mission capabilities. I led 150 members across two geographically separated locations, and balanced cost, schedule, performance and risk for technology investments, modifications and capability delivery. I leveraged my skills in electronic warfare, testing, flight test, and digital signal processing to oversee complex and highly technical projects, and to ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements and priorities. I also developed and maintained joint and interagency partnerships, and advised senior leadership and Congress on program content, budget and security.
