He is past president of the Ohio River Sternwheel Festival, annually held the weekend following Labor Day, and a current a trustee. Dennis is also chairman of the Sternwheel Fireworks Committee, which manages one of Midwest Unites States’ largest and most anticipated fireworks celebrations held at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum Rivers.Dennis is married with two children and one stepson.
