Provided first line technical support for maintenance and project teams. Resolved the performance issue related to calling a COBOL subroutine from an Ideal program. This benefited the shop by cutting the run time down by approximately 60 % for most jobs. Created the interface that allowed Code 1 address scrubbing software to be integrated into the Ideal environment allowing for clean address to be added to the system. Coded and maintained the shop wide compile and link procedure standardizing what the developers used and what change management used. Used Transact SQL to perform data fixes for the Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) system. Due to limitations of the GUI, it was more cost efficient to manually release MVR requests for large clients. Added validation logic to the results load process to avoid data conversion errors.Developed and implemented 2 custom interfaces for major clients. This resulted in more accurate data and eliminated the need for PHH to perform a great deal of manual data entry. It also eliminated the delay in getting current information on the data bases supporting the company web site.Co-developed and provided production support for the Jackson Hewitt MasterCard application for tax seasons 2007 and 2008. Improved performance by creating JCL to allow processing of the data in 2 streams simultaneously. Used Rexx to allow for batch screen scraping of financial data eliminating production support of the MasterCard application. Outsourced to Wright Express Financial Services, Installed quarterly updates to the standard MasterCard file layout. Enhanced data capture to improve the quality of data imported to the Wright Express website.

Authored the year 2000 analysis tool and effectively developed a scanning tool that allowed PHH to eliminate the need to hire an outside company. Scanned over a thousand COBOL programs and over a thousand Ideal programs within a 2 month period.Documented and coordinated the creation of an automated migration analysis tool used shop wide reducing the number of errors related to production implementation. Provided Loadrunner scripting support for the PHH website. As a result the web support team was able to make adjustments to the firewall and environment based on repeatable tests.Trained staff from Wright Express in the use of Loadrunner over a 1 week period. This eliminated the cost associated with having an outsource trainer come for a single student. Automated the client billing system policy system. System consisted of 10 CICS programs and related maps developed over a three month period. Authored the approximately 150 jobs for the backend reporting and batch entry system.

Assigned to Coca Cola account to support the Route Management application. Responsible for the daily download of route and discount information for the Norand handhelds used by the drivers. Converted the transmission jobs to use 2400 baud rate. Dewveloped and installed code to support the 2 liter shell used to deliver inventory to buyers.

US Customs Service. An outsource contractor converted the Sea Manifest Datacom/DC programs to CICS. Tested and implemented the converted code. This assured that the conversion process did not impact the functionality of the programs.Federal Black Lung conversion project. As part of the effort provided the support to the Director of Finance for balancing the funding turned over to within a 1% tolerance of the reported amount. Wrote the "president's report", a report specifically requested by the White ouse House to show how claims were being aged and overpayments collected.Member of the conversion team for the merger of Union Trust Bank and Signet Bank. Over a 6 month period created approximately 150 jobs. Converted a savings subsystem from a mini computer to the mainframe to support the multi-bank conversion
