• Independently market, design, and implement strength and conditioning programs for sports teams to meet the physical demands of various sports

• Maintain current and increase future referral relationships with local physicians’ practices; negotiate new and recurring contracts with various area high schools• Apply various treatments and modalities such as advanced therapeutic exercises used in rehabilitations and stretching techniques to patients rehabilitation programs• Order and maintain stock of medical supplies• Supervise athletic training and clinical aide staff; schedule athletic training coverage for high schools, as well as clinical aide coverage for the clinic; assist in hiring athletic trainers and physical therapy aides; mentor and instruct athletic training interns • Assist Office Manager with administrative duties; patient data entry, and billing

• Provide athletic training services for Swampscott High School’s 30 varsity and junior varsity programs• Recognize, evaluate, treat, and strive to prevent athletic injuries; provide onsite medical care for athletes prior to and during practices and games; keep accurate medical records and maintain confidentiality; work closely with athletes, physicians, school and coaching staff, and parents regarding injuries and treatments• Designed concussion protocol, including utilization of ImPACT software, and progressions for return to play• Maintain inventory and administer yearly budget for school’s medical supplies and devices• Design and implement strength and conditioning programs for teams
