The main goal being to help transition the team from a one product start-up organization to a three product mature sales organization. BTG acquired Novate in September of 2018 and Roxwood Medical in 2017 and now needed to learn how to grow beyond the early launch phase of an early start-up. I was able to make immediate impact through the creation of a more formal and strategic management process; beginning with the basics such as business reviews, teams calls, and strategic planning. We then layered in more sophisticated business analytic tools and developed our first leveraged contracts tying the three products together. I created a sales forecasting tool that has helped our teams get a stronger hold on their business, analyze trends, pro-actively defend new competition, and plan to deliver quarter stronger end results. My region delivered $1.4M above plan in Q4- which is the single best regional performance in company history. We signed four major leverage contracts and we are in process of evaluating many more. We have been able to manage through the transition to Boston Scientific and continue to deliver solid sales results. I am currently responsible for regional managers, sales reps, and clinical support team. The team spans Eastern 1/2 of US. - approx $50M in total sales and 45 people. -

Director Of Commerical OperationsMercator Med Jun 2014 - Oct 2015I managed the commercial launch of the Bullfrog Micro-infusion catheter while helping to complete the "Dance" SFA trial in the USA. I created the plan to develop a commercial presence for the Bullfrog while finalizing a study to establish a clinical rationale to infuse drug in to the adventitia of the artery. I completed site initiation, budget negotiations, IRB submissions, and site initiations for the Dance study. We were able to demonstrate that you could impact the restenosis cascade by delivering drug in to the outer layer of the vessel- knowing that cell migration causing restenosis moves from Adventitia inward.I was successful in launching the Bullfrog device and finished the "Dance" trial establishing that the bullfrog could deliver an anti-inflammatory drug and positively impact vessel patency. We began to develop Champion physicians and gained a national presence through live cases, national meeting talks and presence, etc. I finalized the protocol for the "Below the Knee" trial called "Limbo" and I hired a small direct sales team. I developed a network of distributor reps that utilized to drive additional case volume and cover study cases. I worked closely with the CEO on all aspects of early commercialization including the raising of VS funding. I was able to bring over $10M of potential investment to the table for consideration.
