After relocating to Taiwan, at the mid-stage of my career, I worked with EDS and Unisys, where I gained valuable experience as a technical and business consultant, delivering technical services, and managing various business, operational, and P&L responsibilities. I had the privilege of overseeing regional operations across Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Hong Kong, and China. During the time, I also ventured into the hi-tech and auto industries, collaborating on projects with prominent entities such as TSMC and WinBond, to enhance production, and logistics processes. My subsequent role was with General Motors.After 8 years in manufacturing and the auto industry, I transitioned to applying information technology in the commercial and financial sectors. At BNP Taiwan, I played a pivotal role in formulating a 5-year transformation plan, applying innovative technology to reshape the enterprise's digital roadmap, and restructuring the IT organization for Cardif. Before BNP, I spent a year in Beijing with CTR (CCTV) as a Program Manager for its operational digitalization and consumer data collection efforts.Throughout my career, I've held leadership roles, including over 11 years as the Head of IT for Shin Kong Life, Financial Holdings. Under my management, the organization achieved milestones such as core insurance and banking system migration, data warehousing, sales force mobilization and numerous innovative initiatives, resulting in nearly a 50% growth IT team size.As an advisor to several startups, I am deeply passionate about enabling next generation with innovative technology.
