Job SummaryResponsible for commercial aspects of tooling sourcing and commodity procurement, including tooling/part cost analysis, supplier identification and assessment, negotiation, cost containment, forecasting, and Customer (PMO/Supply Chain/Finance) interface. _____________________________________________________________________ Role & Responsibility• Setup KPI for tooling purchasing department and ensuring the KPI carry out• Work with Operating Companies in China, North America and/or Europe to understand tooling (plastic, metal,die casting, prototypes) requirements.• Own tooling supplier strategy-China south , China north, South East Asia, identify, develop and maintain relationships with best sources of scope tooling.• Liaison between engineering, suppliers and customers (PMO/Supply Chain/Finance) to achieve the project timing, milestones and KPIs.• With the support of tooling engineering team, negotiate and optimize tooling costs.• Develop and manage OEM Supply Agreements, manage NDAs ,Contracts for new suppliers.• Liaison with OEMs and Customers and routine work including tooling RFQs, CNFs/POs Processing, expedites, etc.• Continuous benchmark follow-up for tooling activities.• Deliver monthly/quarterly reports/summaries as assigned by leadership team.• Finance budget overall control for NPD development • Be Familiar with raw material market, resources and gives best support to business team for cost control for commodity purchasing• Knowing greatly for injection issue and support trouble shooting for cosmetic issue.• Excellent purchasing knowledge in plastic /Metal/diecast/Silicone part • Giving cost saving support across Sharkninja commodity category in different business area , such as Coffee, Robot ,Cordless, Corded, Steam, Air purifier, personal care.• Be familiar with the quality and NPD issues for Sharkninja full range and knowing where is the cost down opportunities for VAVE

• Who are responsible and involved in product development, price evaluation, quality assurance , supplier mapping and supplier production improvement process( lean production, 6 sigma).having wide range of supplier contact and knowing the tooling market. Supporting Development and NPI teams across Business Units and geographies to ensure Time to Market, Time to Cost, and performance requirements;Ensuring support throughout products life cycle, find and explore materials, suppliers and manufacturing processes to support future products from initial design, to NPI and production ramp, through EOL; • Recommend tool steel material and material selections for IKEA of Sweden and Ikea supplier for toolmaking. Reviewing product design ,design for manufacture ,mold designing and approval of mold design for huge volume production moulds• Product and mold development: During product Development I assist IKEA of Sweden in making prototype, preparing tooling quotation for both plastic and metal, we did moldflow analysis before start up of a tool, communication and approval of gating location, cosmetic requirement and mold drawing.after startup I got normally weekly or bi-weekly report of mold progress report from toolmaker ,checked and asked questions to avoid any risks of mistake and delay in the process. When the mold is finished I checked on spot on FAI and gave comments and until the samples reached the quality demand I sent them to IOS for final approval. In the meantime I prepare package of product, labels, quality checklist and prepare for final inspection. I signed the master approval to supplier for mass production. • Drive supplier development on quality. Audit supplier quality system and give them certificate after approval by IKEA quality demand.In process development and improvement in the supplier chain.
