Previously known as TKP AS (Telekommunikasjon Partner AS), Mobilring AS was an electronic workshop specializing in mobile-device repair and solutions which later grew in addition to establish Nokia Care - Oslo in partner with Nokia, Norway. As a TKP employee, we valued great customer service the most as it reflected our small and intimate workshops for our customers. Most of my work here involved in troubleshooting & repairing of mobile hardware/software, user guidance services, sales and product marketing of mobile devices and its accessories. Because of the nature of our company's size, the cool thing was that we got the chance to get involved in a lot of other tasks within the company, such as: E-commerce site management, product stock management, marketing assistance, online communication management and account management. Most of our customers mostly consisted of business clients as well as private end-users. I started working in a part-time position during my employment in Elkjøp, but was later phased over to a more fixed position in the company later on.

Been working as a Customer Support Technician at Elkjøp Carl Berner in Oslo within the retails Service and Aftersales section, mainly as a PC technician. My key traits as a Customer Support Technician was to work in a rapid pace with accuracy as well as being solution-oriented based on our customers needs. My daily tasks were much spent troubleshooting and repairing computers and electronic equipment, sales & support of service agreements and setting up/preparing retail computers and it's electronic equipment based on a users needs. The Service and Aftersales section was also interlinked to our retails Storage dept. where we would also manage and help out pick and deliver goods for our customers. As an employee in Elkjøp I've had the chance to challenge myself and developed a strong focus on great customer care and multitasking assignments in a busy environment. At the period of my employment I managed to be the most successful in selling the retail's service agreements to our customers.
