After departing Florida, I completed a few IT/software contracts back home in Michigan. I then realized I was once again feeling the need to get back into transportation. Since then I have purchased and customized 4 tractor trailers and travel mostly the Midwest hauling all commodities including oversized, refrigerated,steel and dry goods encompassing 750,000 miles. Im back at it again although the enjoyments are less as the business has drastically changed do to Government restrictions. Rollin On.

I have been in and out of the Trucking Business since I purchased my own equipment in 1981. The life and trials encountered while living on the road have made me the person I am today. I have made many, many great friends as well as have conversed with such a vast differential of personalities it is almost mind staggering. Again, I would not trade this experience for anything in the world. Owning, Driving a tractor trailer is not as easy as it may appear. The driving of the equipment is difficult with the amount of traffic on the roads since the mid 1990's. I see something new daily out there, some you would not believe, some you see everyday as well.

Managed Top Notch IT personnel in support of over 700 Users across county wide network consisting of various platforms and departments. After 9/11 all contract positions were canceled including mine although I was guaranteed to be hired permanent. It was imperative I returned home to care for my father so fate had a plan that superseded mine. I am happy to say I am glad to be back doing what I feel I do best. I do however miss the challenges I had in IT am still astute in PC/software and Networking.

Started here on a whim to live and work in Melbourne Florida. A group of very technical software people for whom I am deeply grateful to have worked with. The software produced here is used globally for Newspaper and magazine production & printing..This is a position I feel I should of held on to. Many thanks to all of them.

After ADP a great opportunity opened with Fame. Little did I know the depth of talent I was going to be working with. Most of them are here on LinkedIn! Fame's operations had something no other company had, a family atmosphere yet the required work and more was accomplished daily. I personally was in charge of the functionality of the IT stability and hardware support. Even the 3am calls from Japan were challenging however dealt with successfully. The software development team here was superior. Its no wonder they were purchased by a High Profile company. Even my exit to Florida chasing a dream was supported and although at the loss of personal connections there it was the right move for me. Many thanks to all those who I had the the pleasure of working for and without some of the knowledgeable information gained I would not have moved in my field.
