o Leading business implementation and shipment execution for new clients and opportunities.o Act as the first point of escalation for issue resolution (reactive) or program improvements (proactive, both internally and externally) in order to ensure the highest standard of quality.o Ensuring work satisfaction through internal KPIs and SLAs that demonstrate quality delivery.o Implement and test scalable operational infrastructure and procedures to ensure they are delivering the highest levels of efficiency and productivity for customers.o Seamlessly coordinate the day-to-day supply operations with Air, Transload, Trucking, and Warehouse activities within my region.o Analyze data to rate subcontractor performance in order to help enhance performance management initiatives.o Empower client solutions by participating in feedback loops to ensure client needs are met.o Act as a consultant to the regional team, product & engineering and the operations team on various supply chain operations.
