Boat Finance LLC is a specialty finance company offering loans to consumers looking to buy new, used boats and/or outboard engines. Boat Finance LLC has recently partnered with Tohatsu America Corp. and is currently offering marine loan services in over 10 states along the east coast of the United States.- In charge of day to day operations to include reviewing and analyzing the company’s loan portfolio, financials, and performance- Kept track of loans originated and compared them to past performances on a weekly and monthly basis- Evaluated and presented month-end reports to head managers and investors, showing the positions of the loan portfolio- Forecasted company's operation costs and budgeting - Reviewed the company’s bank accounts and reconciled financials on a monthly basis using quickbooks and presented them to head managers- Created rate sheets to present to prospective dealersWhile working in operations, I also had the opportunity to work on the collection/servicing process. When a loan went 60 days past due they were withdrawn from the primary servicer and handed over to Boat Finance LLC to service. This loans went under the speciality servicing category (distressed loans) and required special attention.- Communicated with our third party servicer, SST, to gather information on loans that were over 60 days past due. As a result we were able to fully recover all distressed loans. - Worked with Repo agents to locate collateral for all distressed loans to conduct field calls or repossessions- Assured that all collateral were fully insured by contacting insurance companies- Handled insurance claims and title process

The management team seeks out best-in-class lending opportunities using its expertise in asset management and credit modeling.- Reviewed credit reports and compared borrower’s criteria with the company’s lending requirements- Communicated with head underwriters from Boat Finance LLC to better understand the application process and requirements to approve a loan- Reviewed the position of the Boat Loan Portfolio on a daily basis and noted of any changes such as payoff and delinquencies- Created depreciation schedules for all collateral in the Asset Backed Portfolio using NADA Guides as a source- Calculated loan metrics, such as average LTV, DTI, FICO, and household income to distinguish Super-Prime, Prime, and Sub-Prime borrowers- Created presentations for existing and future investors using PowerPoint- Worked with the primary servicer to learn the tactics of the collection process and understand why certain accounts went delinquent
