• Oversee PDU (Power Distribution Unit) connectivity in the San Jose Campus and other sites.• Install and configure CEM switch based on the ceiling drop VLAN • Run CEM script to identify and troubleshoot the PDUs that lost connectivity from the network.• Configure and manage CEM controller• Coordinate with System admin to request for available IPs in the lab for PDUs use.• Cable and configure PDUs• Update PDUs firmware

• Oversee and motivate the team on their daily baseline audit task.• Develop a Team cycle building report to track which lab needs a baseline audit. • Conduct training for the incoming team members.• Coordinate team progress during team lead meetings.• Coordinate with Lab admin to properly manage labs from the inventory point of view.• Respond to Toolbox case in a timely manner.

• Maintains hardware inventory by tagging devices with RFID tags.• Submits Service Request (SR) for Asset disposal, International transfer, Department transfer, and reclassification of assets as needed to avoid Department financial write-off during Quarterly audit.• Investigates and resolves data discrepancies between systems.• Responds to client support requests, via phone, email, and incident-reporting tool.• Follow-up with the client as needed to gather more data to resolve the problem.• Reach out with asset-assigned users to locate and update their asset’s current location to avoid financial write-off during the Finance Quarterly audit.
