As the Chrysler parts manager, I reduced idle inventory by $30K over my 4 year tenure, and increased inventory fill rate from 60% to 93% in the same time frame. I also implemented several policy changes resulting in an increase of the special order fill rate, an increase in wholesale gross, and an increase in overall customer satisfaction.

As the Volvo parts manager, I increased the off the shelf fill rate from 90% to 96% while reducing idle inventory by $ 5K. I also instituted return processes for idle inventory and dirty cores resulting in quicker payment for these returns. I also worked closely with the VW parts manager to ensure all customers received exceptional service at a fair price.During my tenure with the Wynn Group, I was approached by Volvo to prepare an initial inventory for a new point, similar in size and demographics to our store.
