I prepare young men and women for the Marcellus Shale industries. Safety is and always will be a top priority. The students all have the opportunity to earn their PEC SafeLand/SafeGulf Basic Certification and the OSHA 10 Certification. It is a very "hands-on" learning experience. The students also have the opportunity to be certified on the forklift and a track front loader. The program was the first of its kind in the state of Pennsylvania.

Developed a corporation for the training of young adults for the Marcellus Shale industry. Managed 17 locations in Pennsylvania and Ohio.Worked extensively with local Workforce boards. Taught the PEC safety lessons at each location. Responsible for budget, hiring, curriculum and advertising.
