* Represent the HPE Services organization in R&D led new product core teams while driving new product readiness alignment between the product and support divisions.* Work across regional and global teams to develop and manage the integrated services & support delivery readiness plan for new product launches.* Collaborate with business partners to enable product support readiness, serviceability, and ease of use by HPE field support personnel and end customers.

• Responsible for managing the end-to-end global supply chain product life cycle for spare parts from New Product Introduction through End of Service Life.• Determine the supply chain deployment and supplier sourcing strategy for spare parts both for new buy and reverse logistics/defective returns.• Work closely with Engineering to facilitate the supply chain risk mitigation plan for major product quality issues and to coordinate the mitigation plan across the various business functions.• Develop and foster operational relationships with stakeholders across the HPE Services organization and other HPE business units to maximize the value of my PLM role and align spare parts supply chain strategies with business priorities.• Interface with various cross functional teams to drive operational and cost efficiencies across the supply chain.• Measure team performance relative to key business metrics, root cause non-conformance, and develop corrective action plans to align performance with goals.

•Managed an inventory optimization effort in the HPE Services organization. The objective of the program was to maximize the utilization and ROI of HPE’s assets by working across various business units within HPE to re-utilize excess inventory as spare parts within the Global Services supply chain and/or maximize asset recovery for obsolete material. This program maximized the utilization of HPE inventory and improved cash flow by reducing external new buy and life time buy purchases.

•Coordinate with Industry Standard Servers Engineering, Marketing, and Supply Chain Operations teams to determine options compatibility to servers and implement configuration rules to be modeled in various front end order configurator tools/websites and in HP product specifications.• Drive implementation of rapid setup process to enable front end ordering systems to support urgent Hyperscale custom configuration orders.• Manage resolution of any new product "configure to order" (CTO) customer order issues that customers or internal HP account teams are facing and/or escalating for resolution.• Collaborate with WW manufacturing teams to create & maintain CTO factory pilot configurations that help validate CTO configurations prior to new product release.• Project manage the overall exceptions process for both NPI & customer specific requests from part number creation through completion of configurator tool set-up/modeling.• Oversee the CTO team's Project Management Office by tracking key CTO readiness milestones and measuring performance metrics and driving process improvements to address gaps.
