As Strategic Account Manager I maintain and expand relationships with strategically important large customers. I am responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. As Strategic Account Manager, I represent the entire range of company products and services to our customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring that all of our customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. Below are the major responsibilities of my position at Premier Magnetics: · Establish productive, professional relationships with design engineers and procurement managers in key customer accounts.· Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including engineering, production, quality assurance, customer service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.· Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts and potential new accounts.· Proactively assess, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing and daily basis.· Lead solution development efforts that best address key customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.- Add new and key anchor accounts to our customer portfolio.
