Responsibilities include depot and maintenance efforts of all Raytheon Highway Transportation Management Systems (HTMS), in Texas, Virginia, and Florida. Maintenance efforts of Texas systems includes roadside, and network, evaluation of equipment for development, installation, integration, testing, and quarterly and annual site maintenance, which included Tyler LP49, Laredo FM3338, Austin SH45, and Austin SH130. Provide depot support to all Raytheon HTMS projects in Texas, Virginia, and Florida, which includes troubleshooting, repair, assembly, disassembly, and alignment of Open Road Tolling (ORT) equipment.Process Return Material Authorization’s (RMA) for all Raytheon HTMS projects in Texas, Virginia, and Florida.Required to ensure that all Raytheon HTMS ORT sites in Texas are available for tolling on a 24/7 basis, which requires a strong understanding of networking equipment, servers, and other TCP/IP addressable devices. Provide Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) with a monthly maintenance report, which gives a detailed description of any system alerts, and actions taken for alerts, that were reported through the Maintenance Online Monitoring System (MOMS).

Responsible for providing System and Field Support for the Enhanced Position Location Reporting System (EPLRS) System Integration Department, field team, various U.S. Army active units, and common system contractors for EPLRS, Network Control Station (NCS), and the EPLRS Network Manager (ENM).Conducted network integration and testing of the EPLRS radio in a lab and field environment. Integration includes tactical internet and routing equipment including FBCB2, PLGR (Precision Lightwieght GPS Receiver), Integrated Network Controller (INC or router), cryptographic equipment, Blue Force Tracking (L-Band transceiver), and various host computers and data drivers.Constructed network architectures to support communications requirements via TCP/IP protocols; as well as EPLRS network planning for specific applications.Developed test procedures to evaluate specific functions of the system. Reduced and interpreted test results, documented anomalies, and verified fixes, when released, in new software builds.Provided both formal and informal training to U.S. Army and Marine Corp students and various contractors on basic system operations and troubleshooting, as well as, new functionality and equipment.

Responsible for providing Contractor Logistical Support for Land Warrior and Mounted Warrior as a member of a CLS Mobile Contact Team (MCT) in support of the 4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team and to provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on the Warrior Systems to the CLS Teams and the Unit.Ran the Enhanced Position Location Reporting System (EPLRS) Network Manager (ENM) for up to 100 systems while integration training was being conducted in preparation for the Limited Users Tests.Participated in the instillation of the Mounted Warrior kits inside the Strykers and helped to provide interoperability between the full size EPLRS and the MicroLight EPLRS.Participated in several tests to ensure that the MicroLight EPLRS Radio was getting maximum range, while in less than prime conditions, in order to ensure communications where possible at all time. Ensured that all EPLRS radios, Micro-Light and full sized, had the proper deployment plan and Crypto Keys through the use of an ENM computer and virtual URO.
