Konica Minolta Graphic Imaging is a manufacturer of photosensitive Regional Manager for 15 Midwestern states, 12 direct reports (all field based). Responsibility for achieving forecast of photosensitive film, plates and imaging equipment used in the print production process. Responsible for establishing individual forecasts to meet corporate objectives, overall budget expenditures and yearly performance reviews. Worked closely field sales in conjunction with Graphic Arts dealers to enhance overall selling efforts in reaching forecast objectives.
