In coordination with a partner sold throughout the United States, target buyer was CEO's, COO's and CFO's. The primary 'niche' of the corporation was rehabilitation and long-term acute care facilities.Expanded the company's product line to include environmental services and plant maintenance.Developed an in-house customer satisfaction and account retention process which resulted in increasing account retention from 92% to 97%.Developed a formalized process for individual manager's professional growth and development that resulted in decreasing employee turnover and improved the recruiting process.Consolidated and renegotiated vendor contracts resulting in improved operations and 8% savings for the company and our customers.
