Be available to answer questions, provide training, assist when needed in meetings, and any other thing they need. Be aware of CCs that are struggling and try to provide assistance. (LA, shadowing, etc.) Coaching forms, write ups, relieving of duties when needed Organization is very important. Adapting as the job evolved and changed.
