Responsible for developing technical/sales proposals to satisfy customer’ mechanical, electrical & commercial specifications and meet local and international standard codes.Developed equipment standard specifications use by original equipment manufacturers (OEM) & End-users to implement our equipment into their specifications.Held several national and international customer accounts; constantly interfacing with customers and vendors to provide them with technical and cost-efficient equipment to suit their system application.Primary duties include sizing and recommend procurement of the following fluid handling and mechanical components: combustion equipment (i.e. burners, ignitors, boiler ancillary equipment, etc), fuel handling components (i.e. flow control valves, regulators, flow meters, safety shut off valves, etc), combustion/cooling air fans, dual fuel pump skids. Support the Sales team by traveling to local and international project locations to assess system conditions and negotiate projects purchase orders. Understanding and applying combustion and fluid engineering fundamentals when firing gases, oil, low Btu fuels, solid fuel & opportunity fuels.Comprehensive understanding and implementation of industry standards such as ANSI B31.1 & B31.3, NPFA-85 and 86, NEC500, API-507, ISO-9001, NACE, Inco-Terms 2010.Interact with all engineering groups to execute, trouble-shoot, repair and overhaul problems.Contribute to achieve steadily growing sales to the organization, along with Intel on fluctuating markets.

Responsible for developing vibration test systems consisting of electro-dynamic vibration exciters, solid state amplifiers, cooling units and computer controllers. Primary duties include the development of solid work models, maintain bill of materials in MRP system, develop test procedures, tech manuals and perform engineering studies. Perform and support testing on products related to different types of exciters and solid state amplifiers.Developed logistic processes to maintain the production on the manufacturing floor and MRP system.Generate sales and support the engineering sales department within the US and international customers in Latin America and Portugal.

Responsible for providing technical support to commissioned submarines. Primary duties include the development of reactor plant fluid system diagrams, ship alterations packages, and engineering studies.Supervised technically and administratively engineering products related to different submarine platforms; Los Angeles, Ohio and Seawolf Classes with 5 engineers within the team.Worked on specific nuclear submarine alterations as construction deck support engineer and system engineer. Developed component and system calculations to support the submarine alterations.Served as Lead engineer for the Reverse Osmosis ship alterations on Los Angeles, OHIO and Seawolf Classes. Macro and micro managed several stages of the ship alteration; Pre-planning, budgeting, logistic material support, material procurement, maintenance requirements.Interacted with different engineering and design disciplines (acoustics, piping fluids, arrangement, structural, components and electrical) to trouble-shoot new construction, repair and overhaul problems.Streamlined existing installation and manufacturing processes of several NAVY Submarine Shipyards, specifically for the Reverse Osmosis Ships’ alteration (Generating significant cost savings to the government).
