Continued to deliver high-level results offshore. As we transitioned from Seadrill to Vantage, we focused on maintaining stringent safety protocols whilst achieving our production targets.Our sixth generation, MPD equipped dual-activity ultra-deep-water drillship is owned by Seadrill.We drilled exploration wells for ENI, Harbour Energy & Mubadala in Indonesia.

Angola & Malaysia

Worked as Toolpusher on deep-water drill ships for Seadrill. Sixth generation ship West Capella. Seventh generation ship Sonangol Libongos. I took pride my work maximizing KPI’s while maintaining a laser sharp focus on safety.

Tenerife, Gabon & India

Took over a rig with poor work habits & housekeeping standards; implemented a back-to-basics approach; guided team members to follow company directives, safety tools and procedures; resulted in overall improved productivity and morale aboard the ship. Gulf Of Thailand

Worked for Chevron in the Gulf of Thailand on a purpose-built barge-type tender assisted drilling rig.Ensured safe and efficient execution of the drilling and completion program.This was the fastest drilling in the world with 15,000’ wells drilled and completed in an average of 4.6 days; rig had zero LTI’s since the start of contract.

Angola

Supervised drilling operations on this dual activity drill ship; drilled and completed deep-water wells for Total in Angola.Rig is a sixth generation dual-activity Samsung 10,000’ design, equipped with NOV cyber-based equipment.

Ghana

Oversaw drill crew operations, activities, reporting and ensured compliance with preventative maintenance schedule. Ensured that all tasks were carried out in a safe and efficient manner.Rig was a sixth generation deep-water semi-sub equipped with NOV drilling equipment. China - South China Sea

West Hercules - This rig is a deep water semi submersible GVA 7500 outfitted with Aker MH drilling package, 4500HP drawworks, DDM1000 AC top drive and Wirth TPK 2200 mud pumps. The rig finished a 4 year contract for Husky Oil China / CNOOC. Over the course of the contract I was a part of the drilling, lower completion, upper completion & and horizontal christmas tree running phases. The rig completed the entire contract with zero LTI’s.

South Korea

Worked as Driller on Pacific Bora. Rig is a sixth generation deep water drill ship equipped with NOV drilling equipment. SSGD 1000 draw works, HPS 1000 AC top drive, 14-P-220 mud pumps, Hydraracker pipe handling and crown mounted compensator. Worked in Samsung shipyard and into acceptance testing for Chevron.

Brazil

Driller on the SSV Victoria. Deep water GVA 7500 outfitted with Aker Solutions drilling package, 4500HP draw works, DDM1000 AC top drive and Wirth TPK 2200 mud pumps

Saudi Arabia & Angola

Driller on "Pride North Dakota” Jack-Up. Rig equipped with MH DDM (Top Drive), EmscoFB1600 mud pumps, Emsco draw works. Worked in the Persian Gulf for Saudi AramcoDriller on "Pride Venezuela" Friede & Goldman 9500 Enhanced Pacesetter. This is a moored mid-water semi submersible Drilling for Chevron in Angola. The top drive is a Varco TDS-4. National 12-P-160 mud pumps. Maritime Hydraulics Iron Roughneck. Drilled in the Gulf of Cabinda for Chevron.

Kuwait

- Driller on 1500 HP mobile desert drilling rig with Varco TDS 8 Top Drive, National 12-P-160 Mud Pumps. - Moved to 3000hp drilling rig. Cyber-Based (Joystick & Touch Screen) With National HITEK Top Drive & National 14-P-220 Mud Pumps. With This Rig we drilled exploration wells for the Kuwait Oil Company. Both Rigs equipped with Varco ST-80 Iron Roughnecks.
