Dennis has worked in the Computer Science and Information Technology field for 19 plus years. Currently working as an Incident Response Analyst for Accenture Federal Services supporting a Federal Financial Regulatory Agency.As a Security Architect within Time Warner Cable, Dennis was part of a team of four Security Architects, which support the security architecture needs of 15 million customers within Time Warner Cable, Business Class and Media Sales business verticals internally and externally. Dennis headed the creation and implementation of security process and procedures for security assessments within the Time Warner Cable security team. Previously, Dennis improved overall customer satisfaction at Treasury Communications System (TCS) through updates within legacy scripts that lead to data enhancements and the delivery of new report enhancements provided to government oversight agencies. In support of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts, Dennis delivered excellence in customer satisfaction by meeting all customer request and workload demands, which increased overall contract value for Verizon FNS and increased staff from 5 to 24 to meet the needs of the expanding workload. Dennis attended California State University Northridge and later Strayer University where he attained a diploma in Computer Information Studies. Dennis is currently a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certified. Dennis is also a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
