As an International Beef Program Manager, I am responsible for managing international beef markets including, but not limited to, Korea, HK, Japan, Taiwan, and ASEAN. I manage the function supporting sales execution for this export flow, HAVING DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY IN THE RANGE OF $500 MILLION, including management of product, pricing, freezer position, and inventories. I work closely with five key positions - Senior Beef Sales Manager in Japan, Beef Sales Manager in Korea, Sales Manager for Northern China, Sales Manager for Southern China, and Sales Manager for Taiwan. I am responsible for the support of Cargill Sales teams in these Foreign Sales Offices (FSOs) that are responsible for growing sales and maximizing returns to Cargill's beef business.

As Pork Business Manager, I managed the business which serviced the Wichita Kansas headquarters and conducted local and global market research. I led the development and implementation of a new chilled pork program into South Korea, and developed the Korean processing sector for Cargill U.S. primary processing businesses.
