My work experience has been between two diverse industries, the real estate industry (in the private sector) and the aviation industry (in the Federal government). It has also been between the technical side and managerial perspective.My real estate training is based upon learning while working at our family owned title company. I started learning about property legal descriptions while still attend high school (working after school and on weekends). My aviation industry experience came from working over 35 years with the Federal Aviation Administration as an electronic engineer and maintenance technician (mainly on radio communications, ground based navigation equipment and weather sensors).I am involved in the health and exercise field. I am a certified trikke trainer and manufacturer's representative for Trikke Tech, Inc. (a company that designs and builds 3 wheel carving vehicles used for exercise and personal transportation). In 2013, I rode 1,333 miles on my Trikkes. In 2014, I rode over 2,160 miles. I have ridden it daily for over 4-1/2 years (at least 2 miles per day) on my Trikkes. I also own another type of 3 wheeled exercise machine called a Me-Mover. I have weekly goal of at least 10 miles per week. I’ve added a motorized pedal-assist 11-Speed bicycle to my fleet of exercise vehicles.I am interested in high tech electronic toys. I started in the 1970's with an Apple II+ computer. I had a series of Commodore computers (16, Vic 20 and 64). My latest interest is in radio controlled drones. I just licensed my recent purchase.I continue to serve my local community as a member of the various city commissions and as an 18 year volunteer with the police department. I was involved in the police department Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). I have equipped my personal four wheel drive vehicle with emergency supplies and 2-way radios.With the Covid-19 problem that we have had in 2020, I spend many hours a week attending Toastmasters meetings on Zoom. I serve as the Zoom host on over half of the meetings that I attend. I've provided several training sessions using PowerPoint on Zoom.

We were responsible for the assignments of the frequencies along with solving any radio interference problems. We were on call 24/7 to resolve any major radio interference issues related to air traffic control. One particular interference problem even required the assistance from both the FCC and the FBI.
