My strengths include driving process and sales improvements, mentoring and guiding a sales team, managing marketing and sales budgets, and influencing across a matrix structure. I have a genuine interest in the higher education sector and career so I make sure that I will always keep my knowledge up to date by attending sector conferences and undertaking any relevant CPD opportunities that may arise.
