Govtech has been my passion for more than thirty years. I worked with local government customers on a daily basis for my entire career. I have gained a unique perspective on Govtech by developing a Fund Accounting System and by creating the first $100 million Govtech company (Nasdaq: HTEI).I have always had an overriding commitment to customers and to building company cultures that are innovative, creative, productive, and fun. Having had the privilege of serving as a City/County Council member and a representative to the Denver Regional Council of Governments, I gained a unique perspective on what Citizen Engagement really means. I have used my experience and expertise to help governments provide better services to their constituents. The bigger the challenge, the more interesting it is to me.
