I have always been Customer Service oriented and dependable with extensive Management skills, Leadership and dependability. At age 19, I had the opportunity to own and operate (2) pizza shops. This gave me extensive knowledge in all aspects of business and a high level of customer focus. I sold those when I got married in 1992 to be closer to my new wife and her family. Next, employed for 14 years at Duquesne University, in the Parking Management Department. I resigned in 2005 to become a 'stay-at-home-Dad' for 2 years, assisting my daughter's schooling and with her improved learning scores, excelling in all areas of education, I rejoined the workforce. Over the next few years, I began to reestablish business goals and pursued future Management responsibilities and opportunities as an assistant manager at Kuhn’s Markets with a proven track record of high levels of commitment to customer focus. I was given the opportunity to become the store manager at The Breadworks and established a system of sharing excess bread with many new food banks daily, as well as holding ‘bread and wine-tasting tours’ for businesses and community groups interested in the history of our products in an entertaining yet informative atmosphere. I decided to enter Manufacturing in 2011 and have been the Powder Coating Process Specialist for Universal Electric Corporation for the past 8 years. Recently, with the acquisition of Legrand allowing an increased market synergy within the Data Center sector, I became recognized within LNCA as a Subject Matter Expert in which we created a team of Powder Coating experts across Legrand’s nine North-Central America corporations as we troubleshoot and advance our core competencies and skills, sharing ideas and the fundamentals within our operations, becoming stronger as a whole, through workshops and team meetings.I am active Globally, as well, giving 24-hour technical and quality support to the network of Legrand’s companies in the UK, Singapore and Tijuana.As we continue to grow and remain a leader in the Data Center industry, I look forward to the challenges and rewards ahead, enjoying the role I am currently in, meeting wonderful new people across the world and being part of many teams that truly want to make a difference, as we strive for excellence of our products and provide the customers the ‘customization of unlimited colors’ and stay at the forefront of technology to meet and exceed our goals. Sharing knowledge and being part of these teams have been very rewarding this past year and I look forward to the future …
