My name is Dennis Helfer, I'm 29 years old and originally from Bremen, Germany. I have finished my Bachelor of Engineering at the University of Applied Science Bremen and started my career with Motherson SAS in May 2021.From my experience in business administration, industrial engineering, robot programming and lean management, I acquired and practiced skills such as leadership, forward thinking and successfully managing quality assurance throughout different business operations.My strengths include an open minded nature, outstanding communication skills, thinking outside the box, craftsmanship with an hands on mentality and the ability to think logically. I can work comfortably and confidently as part of a team and on my own initiative, with independent responsibilities and dedication to my work. I pride myself on my reliability, adaptability and having the competence to give and receive constructive criticism.
