Building on his success on projects with an Education and Sustainability agenda, Dennis continues working successfully across a broad range of sectors including commercial, residential and mixed-use regeneration projects. Dennis has specialist knowledge in Schools, Sustainability and 'Social' architecture - health, affordable housing, community centred projects. He is particularly experienced with regard to sustainability, BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes, which is also reflected in the practice's specialism in Sustainable design. Dennis qualified as a BREEAM Accredited Professional in July 2011.Dennis designed the first BREEAM Excellent further education facility in the UK, and first BREEAM Excellent Healthcare Centre in Wales.
