My background in project management includes the direction of renovations and new construction for commercial and hotel renovations. Over the past 20-plus years, I have been instrumental in planning and directing numerous projects ranging from $2MM to $5MM and am adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. I am skilled in due diligence, vender negotiations, scope development and client management and am able to coordinate and liaison with design and construction professionals, local officials and senior management.
