Mr. Hess is PKMG’s Commercial Contract manager , supervising and directing all property management and preservation activities for our South East Management Team (SEMT). He effectively manages an inventory of over 2,000 properties (residential, commercial, and vacant land) for various private and government clients throughout the United States. Additionally, Mr. Hess has brought his many years of experience in property preservation to bear in the development and execution of property management and maintenance plans for all PKMG clients including HUD with a current PKMG inventory, across 9 States, in excess of 10,000 properties in the HUD M&M 3.8 and 3.10 program. As a process and performance mentor to internal staff he is involved in external vendor performance issues and evaluation acting as a guide post for our Vendor Management Department. The breadth and depth of his experience and knowledge base is utilized across all Field Services departments, contracts and clients. Mr. Hess is a PKMG key management team member and he is a driving force in the always present and relevant necessity to assure that client properties are clean, safe, secure, and maintained in a “ready to show” condition.
