Involved in initiatives including PSC Right Sizing, PSC Redesign and Renovations, Footprint Optimization, Appointment Scheduling and Patient Pre-Payment, Streamlining/enhancing logistics operations through the utilization of Megasys/RIMMS application and automated tracking system.

Consisting of the Van Nuys and Tarzana reference laboratory operations (3500 employees) and 3 facilities (240K sq.ft.). Project includes the facility planning; employee integration and instrument move timeline/coordination.
