Tasks included AFDS equipment management, automatic landing system analysis, System Integration Lab and Flight Test validation and verification testing, and the engineering verification part of the reactive windshear testing leading to FAA certification using the engineering simulator, for 757-300 and 767-400ER. The tasks included tuning of windshear profiles (takeoff and approach) to ensure the aircraft threat was maximized.
