★ Effectively lead, manage, develop and deploy the resources our Veterinary Professional Services, a high performing team of diverse veterinary professionals, in order to provide the highest level of technical service, education and support to internal colleagues and veterinary hospitals across the East Region of the United States.

I joined Pfizer Animal Health’s Veterinary Operations/US Companion Animal Division in 2009; after successful separation from Pfizer in February of 2013, we are now Zoetis, the largest independent global animal health company. In my role with Zoetis, I provide superior customer and scientific support for customers and end-users of Pfizer Animal Health products. Selected accomplishments include: ★ Successfully piloted the iPad and tested the new technology with our customers as well as provided feedback to HQ in regards to its use.★ Provide technical training and support to approximately 1,200 veterinary hospitalsacross the upper Midwest.★ Facilitated the development and implementation of an Associate Networking Group to network associateveterinarians interested in ownership and organized a series of ongoing meetings with topics around finance, practice purchase, practice management, and related topics; these efforts directly led to improved access for sales staff as well as three members of the group going on to open their own practices.★ Assisted in the planning and presentation of materials at the ELITE Pain, Anesthesia and Sedation conferences (2009 – Present).★ Coordinated, supported, and coached new therapeutic specialists in support of sales area, ensuring technical fluency and customer relevance.★ Completed DiSC certification and have given multiple DiSC seminars to a variety of customers to help them improve their communication skills★ Aligned with corporate accounts and provided FRANK/DiSC clinical communication training for VMG customers; also provided technical presentations to VMG membersat their annual meetings.★ Developed local Key Opinion Leadersin multiple disease state areas.★ Selected for Emerging Leaders Forum, held in Madison NJ (September 2011& 2012)★ Received an in-line promotion to Senior Area Veterinarian (September 2011).

I've presented on over 100 occasions to audiences of varied scientific and technical backgrounds on all types of topics, ranging from veterinary research, business operations, project management, veterinary pain management, marketplace dynamics, and lifelong care.
