Led the UI design and feature definition for a large-scale cloud-based application, turning business requirements into usable customer experiences. * Worked on a variety of software and firmware solutions for printers and copiers, including print drivers, mobile printing solutions, and control panel features. * Created a Software Development Kit for HP LaserJet printer drivers to enable third-party solutions.
