Led global organization and strategy for IT and Business Process organizations (transactional procurement and finance, travel management, SAP master data) with, at peak, 220 associates, serving 28 countries, and budget of $70M. Oversaw cyber security, infrastructure, network, data center, cloud, analytics, and application development environments. Reported to CHRO.► Directed IT component of 4 divestitures and 1 de-merger (ranging in size from 25 to 2.5K associates); established IT data room, created transitional service agreements and responded to buyer diligence questions, securely managing separation of IT systems and staff for new owners.► Led IT component of 2 bankruptcies, updating systems to identify prepetition invoices and implementing key tracking and reporting mechanisms.► Determined and drove IT offshoring strategy and journey across Accenture Factory Support Services, Accenture Managed Services, and in-house offshoring in Hexion’s Bangalore India facility, saving $8M+; strategy ultimately led to large-scale managed services initiative across multiple functions in Hexion with Capgemini.► Drove vendors to deliver on critical performance indicators (CPI) and service level agreements (SLA), negotiated contracts and contractual changes with SAP, Microsoft, Accenture, Capgemini, and Dell, eliminating $10M+ in costs associated with dyssynergies from divested businesses.► Guided digital transformation initiatives with business teams and functions.► Defined, articulated, and maintained cloud, network, data center, and application strategies. Expatriate assignment in Shanghai China. Implemented and improved global relationships, business processes, and systems in Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Reported to EVP Business Process and IT.► Chaired Compliance Review Board for China and addressed regional hotline “whistle blower” allegations, which exposed scheme to defraud company, and responded to concerns raised in townhalls.► Provided expertise, evaluated, and recommended ERP system for implementation by China joint venture (JV).

Developed historical carve-out financials for businesses to be divested and provided business details for confidential information memorandum. Led system improvements for newly merged Momentive business. Reported to CFO, partnered with Corporate Strategy team, Apollo, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley.► Guided data room activities and developed stand-alone organization structures with back-office functions (Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, HR, EH&S), offering potential buyers a complete picture of carve-out entity that was staffed for stand-alone.► Implemented SAP Profit Center Accounting for recently merged Momentive Performance Materials, enabling consistent reporting across enterprise and allowing this business to transform from regional-focused, to global product line management.

Led global organization and strategy for procure-to-pay and travel management function with 90 associates and $8M budget. Implemented and monitored global policies and procedures. Global process owner, overseeing subject matter expert (SME) network, documentation, and training. Reported to EVP Business Process and IT.► Established regional accounts payable centers, saving $2M.► Implemented Concur globally, harmonizing corporate travel and purchasing credit cards. Exposed and eliminated personal usage of corporate credit cards and fraudulent expense reports. Enacted International SOS for safety of travelers and signed agreements with regionally centralized travel agencies, ensuring cost savings from procurement negotiated contracts for preferred hotels.

Managed IT functions, supporting SAP, SAP security and database teams with 20 associates and reported to CIO.► Guided IT diligence and transitional services agreements for multiple acquisitions. Served as steering team member, PMO Coordinator, and Regional Implementation leader for $36M project to migrate 10 SAP clients and legacy systems to single global instance of SAP.► Headed Hexion legal name change project associated with merger of Bakelite, Resolution Performance Products, Resolution Specialty Materials, and Borden Chemical, Inc., aligning signage, uniforms, safety equipment, updated patents and trademarks, and legal name changes globally.
