I was part of this committee that had to arrange closing activities for the last day of high school. My task was to manage all other committee members and additionally I had to arrange the breakfast and evening activities for over 300 students. During this half year I learned how to manage multiple people and to make sure that all arrangements were made before the deadline. The most difficult part was that I had to be very strict sometimes to friends or other students who were of the same age. All in all, this committee was a great way to experience working on and leading a large-scale project.
